Very co-operative. Worked with us on trade-in. Made us feel comfortable during all the paperwork. We shopped elsewhere, but we felt better about buying a car from JC Lewis.
Customer Service was excellent with phone calls from the salesperson and the manager.
We have received follow up calls, also.
They were very thorough in preparing our Flex for delivery and assisting with getting our stuff out of the trade in vehicle.
Everybody was friendly, we had many offers to help us when we were waiting, everybody smiled and shook hands

I would like to thank Mr. John Rivers for finding the car I wanted. I sent him a picture and within 24 hrs he had found the exact Ford Explorer I was looking for. Very friendly. Mr. Bill James in finance was another great help with getting the right finance rate. Thanks to both of them.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was at my wit's end to get a car because my other one had literally died on me. They really could have taken advantage of the situation but did not. Drew was extremely helpful in finding me a replacement vehicle at a good price with a very good deal on my trade-in. The financial manager, Bill James, found me a better deal than I had planned when I went into the dealership to sign off on the paperwork. I will certainly be shopping with them again and will recommend them to others.

We had previously gone to another dealership and while they offered a decent contract we simply felt there was not enough personal attention. After speaking once over the phone with Jay he was "on the ball" so to speak. He followed immediately with 2 or 3 phone calls the night before we even met him. Jay even stood out in the freezing cold running back and forth to get keys on mustangs we wanted to take a closer look at. We were in and out in about 4 hours and most of that time was simply us (spouse and I) deliberating on options for the 2010 mustang gt we purchased. Even during the contract signing with the finance manager, Jason Strickland, we felt the personal attention continued. We even had some time to chat it up about mustangs. Everything was explained in great detail and every question we had was answered. I have to say we had been to several dealerships, Hinesville Ford, OC Welch, etc and we felt we were not "taken care of". We must have met 5 or 6 people (managers, dealer personnel, etc)and they all walked up knowing our names and introducing themselves. When making such a big purchase as a car you want to feel that your best interests are in the dealership's mind and not just their bottom line. We felt that at JC Lewis Ford did that and we plan on going back in the future.

John Rivers has handled the last five of my family's vehicle purchases. He is backed by an incredible dealership network. The departments exhibit a cohesiveness I have never experienced elsewhere. All of the staff are extremely kind. Descriptions to consider: low pressure; positive attitude; enthusiasm; great follow-up; appreciative. As for service, Kip and Dan are other reasons we come back to JC Lewis. They excel beyond expectations leading to further confidence and trust. I appreciate little things: protecting the seats and carpet with covers during service; car not covered with hand prints after service; no messes around the oil fill, or valve covers; etc. Take home message: Buy and Service at JC Lewis Ford.
